Sheriff Mark Lamb has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Before becoming a nationally recognized lawman, Mark launched and operated the successful pest control business Bug Police and led a solar sales company, demonstrating a keen eye for marketing and a natural business instinct.

Elected as the 24th Sheriff of Pinal County, Arizona, in 2017, Mark applied his business acumen to public service. Drawing on practical business principles, he balanced the Sheriff’s Office budget in under a year, successfully petitioned the county’s board of supervisors for increased operational funding, and secured long-overdue raises for deputies and detention staff. Under his leadership, the agency built a culture that attracted law enforcement professionals from across Arizona, creating a waitlist for new hires for the first time in years.

A firm believer that first responders can leverage their skills and experience to succeed as entrepreneurs, Sheriff Lamb founded Ten 7 Consulting to help them do just that. His mission is to empower law enforcement officers, firefighters, veterans, and other first responders to translate their discipline, leadership, and situational awareness into successful businesses of their own.
